I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as Tapping in coaching sessions as well as other coaching and therapy methods. EFT is a branch of Energy Psychology, and is a simple technique that combines tapping on acupressure points on the face and body whilst using focused words. It combines western talking therapy with eastern energy medicine and it can be used to address emotional issues or physical ailments. EFT is not the same as counselling or psychotherapy. We will talk but won't analyse or interpret. Results can be remarkable; quick, effective and long-lasting. It is particularly useful in coaching as is helps us to 'get out of our own way' so that the answers we seek can come to us. EFT can reduce your burdens and help you feel happier and healthier so you can live a more enjoyable and rewarding life. You can book a single session, or a 3 or 6 session plan (we can discuss what is best for you when you get contact me). I will also teach you some self-help tools and techniques for you to use between our sessions. With the 6 session option I offer a mid-week check-in via email/phone. You can also book a half-day or full-day intensives. This gives time and space to work through and really clear issues (Highly recommended).
