EFT is a branch of Energy Psychology, and is a simple technique that combines tapping on acupressure points on the face and body whilst using focused words. It combines western talking therapy with eastern energy medicine and it can be used to address emotional issues or physical ailments. EFT is not the same as counselling or psychotherapy. We will talk but won't analyse or interpret. It is possible to obtain resolution to issues without going into a lot of detail, if that is what you prefer. Results can be remarkable; quick, effective and long-lasting. EFT can reduce your burdens and help you feel happier and healthier so you can live a more enjoyable and rewarding life. EFT may help if you are experiencing any of the following: fears and phobias, feeling down, anxiety, stress self-esteem issues, performance issues, frustration in career or relationships, lack of confidence, lack of direction/motivation, nerves before speaking/exams/tests, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic pain weight/eating problems I can help you to find your own solutions so that you can move forward in any area in which you are struggling, be this in your career, health, relationship or just life in general.
